Fi Collective Agreement 2020





The agreement is between WFP for workers and the Finnish Trade Association for Employers. The terms and conditions of the collective agreement must apply to all employees in the industry, whether they are unionized or not. The system works as long as the number of members is large enough. Changes to the texts will come into effect on 1.4.2020, unless otherwise stated. Changes to the Trade Collective Agreement The trade collective agreement applies to businesses active in retail, wholesale, agency, kiosk, gas station, retail and assistance, or machinery leasing. The agreement applies to workers covered by the Working Time Act.
