The CEF/ASD Joint Committee will set the rules of conduct for the committee. 25.02 The employer recognizes that it is a good function and a right for the Institute to negotiate for a collective agreement and that the employer and the Institute agree to negotiate public sector labour relations in good faith in accordance with the provisions of federal law.
