For THE ASD initiatives, a joint committee on workforce adjustment (CEF) /Alternative Delivery Service (ASD) will be set up, which will be represented on an equal footing by the rating agency and the union. By mutual agreement, the committee can involve other participants. The CEF/ASD Joint Committee will set the rules of conduct for the committee. 25.02 The employer recognizes that it is a good function and a right for the Institute to negotiate for a collective agreement and that the employer and the Institute agree to negotiate public sector labour relations in good faith in accordance with the provisions of federal law.
